With a "can do" attitude Yaniv started his own roofing company in his 20's after leaving the military. Acquiring many skills in construction and leadership he continued to expand his penchant for building teams and entrepreneurialism by opening a mercantile and restaurant, and eventually founding Happy Healthy Home to build his sustainable housing dream. Since then HHH has become a leader in green building and remodel in the Columbia Gorge community, bringing cutting-edge building techniques to the forefront. His care for others and hard-working nature motivate him to do well in the world. Aside from building things, he enjoys dancing, singing, spending time in nature, skiing, hiking, and loves to feed people.

Randy is a hard working contractor with 23 years of experience. When it comes to home building projects he can do it all, framing, detailing, roofing and installation. In his time owning a private contracting business he learned the skills necessary to tackle any home improvement job, and we are proud to have his professional experience as a part of the Happy Healthy Home construction team.

Cree is a natural building enthusiast with a background in architectural design. From a very young age he has been in search of better ways of living and being, eventually becoming passionate about the relationship between building and environment. He sees that they form more of a blend, symbiosis, than an "object and place" relationship. Receiving his LEED Green Building Certification in 2006, he worked in Seattle architectural firms to up-level the environmental performance of building projects across the region. He's driven by the reality of the built environment as a major contributor to the climate impact of humanity. The target Happy Healthy Home has set for innovation in residential design and building inspired Cree to join the team in its early days and has helped the company evolve to what it is today.
